Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 25, 2026
1P9 LLC, doing business as 1Park9 ("1Park9," "we," "us," or "our"), is a content and experiential production studio headquartered in New York, NY. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.1park9.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to the Site and to any forms, newsletters, or communications you access through it. It does not apply to information we handle under client agreements or production contracts, which are governed by those agreements.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what your device shares automatically, and what we receive from third parties.
Information you give us
Contact and inquiry forms. Name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, budget range, and anything else you include in your message.
Newsletter and updates. Email address and, if you provide it, your name and interests.
Job, crew, and vendor applications. Name, contact details, résumé or portfolio, work history, reel links, rates, and any other information you submit when applying to work with us or join our talent and vendor network.
Event and RSVP forms. Name, email, company, and any dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share for events we host.
Correspondence. Anything you send us by email or through the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
IP address and approximate location (city or region)
Device type, operating system, and browser
Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and the site you came from
Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see Cookies and Analytics below)
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from social media platforms when you interact with our accounts, from referral partners who introduce you to us, and from publicly available professional sources such as LinkedIn or industry directories.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information through the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and discuss potential projects
Send newsletters, case studies, and studio updates you have signed up for
Review applications and maintain our talent, crew, and vendor network
Manage event invitations and attendance
Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding which pages and content are most useful
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Protect the rights, property, and safety of 1Park9, our clients, and others
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (for newsletters and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract or steps before entering one (responding to project inquiries and applications), and our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site and growing our business), balanced against your rights.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them, along with pixels and similar technologies, for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary. Cookies that make the Site work, such as remembering form entries or protecting against spam. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics. Tools such as Google Analytics that tell us how visitors find and use the Site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
Functional. Cookies that remember your preferences, such as language or region.
Marketing. Pixels from platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn that let us measure the reach of our content and, where permitted, show you relevant content on those platforms.
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Where required by law, you will see a cookie banner on your first visit that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Embedded content. Pages on the Site may embed video players, social feeds, or maps from third parties such as Vimeo, YouTube, or Instagram. Those services may set their own cookies and collect information according to their own privacy policies.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these situations:
Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as web hosting, email marketing, form handling, analytics, applicant tracking, and customer relationship management tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Affiliated companies. 1Park9 operates alongside its sister agency, 19th & Park, under common ownership. We may share information within this group so the right team can respond to your inquiry.
Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, and similar advisors, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If 1Park9 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
With your consent. Any other sharing you specifically agree to.
We do not share the personal information of applicants or talent-network members with clients without telling you first.
5. Data Retention and Security
How long we keep information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. As a general guide:
Inquiry and correspondence records: up to 3 years after our last contact with you
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
Applications and talent or vendor network records: up to 2 years after submission, or longer if you remain active in our network
Analytics data: retained in aggregated form; identifiable data is deleted or anonymized within 26 months
How we protect it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can always:
Unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or by contacting us.
Update or correct the information you have given us by contacting us.
Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we must keep by law.

U.S. state privacy rights. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of your information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at hello@1park9.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal. We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for U.S. requests and 30 days for EEA and UK requests.
7. Children, Third-Party Links, and International Transfers
Children. The Site is intended for adults and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links. The Site links to other websites and social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo, and client and partner sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.
International transfers. 1Park9 is based in the United States and our service providers may store information in the U.S. or other countries. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the Site or email subscribers. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
